Andréa Pappas (Drea) is a multidisciplinary Senior Product Designer specializing in large-scale media platforms and system-level UX architecture. She leads end-to-end product design across complex digital news ecosystems — including editorial, local, subscription, and live-event experiences — crafting interfaces that make quality journalism more engaging, accessible, and sustainable.
With experience spanning Axios, The Wall Street Journal, and USA TODAY Network, Drea is recognized for building scalable design systems, shaping platform strategy, and collaborating deeply with product and engineering partners to deliver cohesive cross-channel experiences. She integrates AI-assisted workflows into her practice, applying emerging technologies to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
